At FaciloFit, we stand behind the quality of our pilates equipment. Every reformer undergoes rigorous quality inspection before shipment. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or transit damage, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Manufacturing Defects: Any defect in materials or workmanship covered under our warranty.
• Transit Damage: Damage that occurred during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation).
• Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an item different from your order confirmation.

Returns for reasons other than the above (e.g., change of mind) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Timeframe

Claims must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Email our support team at support@facilofit.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
• Include clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage.
• Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and provide return instructions or a resolution plan.
• If a return is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label or arrange pickup for large freight items.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).

Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage varies by product and component. Our reformers typically include:

• Frame and rail warranty against structural defects
• Carriage and spring warranty for normal use
• Upholstery warranty against material defects

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom or modified equipment built to your specifications
• Used or installed equipment showing normal wear (unless defective)
• Items returned without original packaging or missing components
• Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
