All FaciloFit equipment is carefully packed in reinforced wooden crates or heavy-duty corrugated boxes with foam padding. Our packaging is designed to protect your equipment during transit and ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. For concealed damage discovered after unpacking, please report within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation.
